It’s back! The Ice Ribbon at Grand Junction Plaza opens Saturday, Nov. 22, offering an unforgettable skating season through Saturday, Jan. 3. This eco-friendly rink is powered by Glice, creating a smooth, “iceless” surface perfect for young kids and first-time skaters.

Friday-Saturday, Nov. 7-8: MadHop Music Festival
📍 Madison
Two days, eight stages, over 30 acts. The MadHop Music Festival features a full lineup of regional and national artists performing in the middle of historic downtown Madison in southern Indiana. Hop from stage to stage to see multiple concerts each day. General admission tickets and merch are available here.
Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 8-9: 2025 Holiday Craft Show
📍 Homan Elementary School and Community Center in Schererville
The 12th Annual Holiday Craft Show in Schererville is the city’s biggest and longest craft show of the year. Located at the Schererville Community Center and Homan Elementary School (just 2,300 feet apart), shop handmade treasures, holiday decor and one-of-a-kind gifts for family and friends from over 200 talented crafters. Food trucks and free raffles add to the experience.
Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Nov. 8 and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Nov. 9. Free admission and parking.
Friday, Nov. 14: From Netflix to Indy: Guenther Steiner Live!
📍 Clowes Memorial Hall on Butler’s campus in Indianapolis
F1’s most unfiltered voice is coming to the Circle City. On Friday, Nov. 14, Butler Arts & Events Center hosts Guenther Steiner: Unfiltered Live - a rare chance to hear the Haas F1 boss spill racing secrets, behind-the-scenes drama, and the stories that made him a fan favorite on Drive to Survive.

Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 15-16: ”Home Alone” in Concert
📍 Hilbert Circle Theatre in Indianapolis
Merry Christmas ya filthy animals! As we near the holiday season, enjoy “Home Alone” on the big screen accompanied by a live orchestra. Originally released in 1990, composer John Williams’ score for “Home Alone” was nominated for two academy awards. This movie is a must-watch every holiday season, and there’s no better way to experience it in 2025 than at the Hilbert Circle Theatre in mid-November.
Saturday-Sunday, Nov. 15-16: Ferdinand Christkindlmarkt

Head to Dubois County in southern Indiana and join thousands for a traditional German-style Christmas markt — the 28th Annual Ferdinand Christkindlmarkt — spread in six markt locations throughout the “Barvarian-like” village. The markt features over 200 booths with handmade items, antiques, art, Christmas wares, delicious regional food and wine, live entertainment, a free concert, free tours, and more.
Members of the Evansville Philharmonic Ensemble will perform seasonal selections and traditional Christmas carols at the “Sounds of the Season” concert, held on Nov. 15 from 7-8 p.m. at the Monastery Immaculate Conception.
Markt hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Nov. 15 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Nov. 16. Admission is free.
