Fall Harvest Festival & Equipment Show | Sept. 26‑28 | Valparaiso - Antique tractors and farm machinery roll into Sunset Hill Farm County Park, where visitors can watch equipment demonstrations, enjoy kids’ activities like bounce houses, pony rides and the Kiddie Tractor Pull, and check out the Northern Indiana Historical Power Association marketplace and Cedar Lake Farmers Market.
Highland Backyard BBQ Festival | Sept. 26‑28 | Highland - Main Square Park hosts live bands, a beer garden, craft and food vendors and a carnival.
Pun’kin Palooza | Sept. 26-28 | Kentland - The Newton County Fairgrounds will be home to the inaugural Pun’kin Palooza, a fall weekend filled with harness racing, a car and Jeep show, side-by-side drag racing, 5K walk/run, food vendors, BBQ cookoff, pumpkin contests, hayrides, free stage and more.
St. John Oktoberfest | Sept. 26‑28 | St. John - This family‑friendly Oktoberfest features face painting and pumpkin decorating for kids, live music, authentic German fare and beer, and big-screen TVs playing college football and NFL games all in the parking lot of St. John the Evangelist.
Wanatah Scarecrow Festival | Sept. 26‑28 | Wanatah - The 31st Scarecrow Festival fills downtown Wanatah with live music, a magic show, car show, and dozens of scarecrow displays; free entertainment runs all weekend.
Johnson’s Farm Produce Pumpkin Festival | Sept. 27‑28 | Hobart - Johnson’s Farm Produce opens its pumpkin patch and Fun Farm for the first of five consecutive weekends of hayrides, a jump pillow, straw mountain, u‑pick pumpkins, produce cannon and more.

Kewanna Fall Festival | Sept. 25‑28 | Kewanna - Fulton County’s fall celebration offers food and craft vendors, carnival rides, pony and camel rides, live entertainment, wrestling matches and a large parade across four days.
Falloween Fest | Sept. 26‑28 | Walkerton - John Glenn High School’s campus transforms with a new Greek-inspired concessionaire, carnival rides, craft vendors, Memphis Underground on stage and a free laser puppet show in the auditorium. Admission and entertainment are free.
Brew at the Zoo | Sept. 27 | South Bend - Potawatomi Zoo turns into a 21‑and‑up tasting event with unlimited samples of beer, hard ciders, seltzers, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks from regional breweries and wineries, plus delicious food and live music to enjoy while exploring the zoo.
Fusion Fest | Sept. 27‑28 | South Bend - Howard Park’s world‑culture festival features food vendors, artisans and performers representing continents from Africa to Asia; stages and activity areas highlight traditional dance, music and hands‑on crafts.
South Bend Sneaker Art Competition | Sept. 27‑28 | South Bend - Part of Fusion Fest, this unique contest invites middle and high schoolers to decorate canvas sneakers; winners get an all‑expenses‑paid trip to the 2026 NCAA Men’s Final Four in Indianapolis.

Northeast
DeKalb County Free Fall Fair | Sept. 23-27 | Auburn - The fair began on Sunday with Battle of the Barns and runs through Saturday, finishing with a morning parade through downtown, a garden tractor pull and an evening Pink Droyd concert.
Fort4Fitness Fall Festival | Sept. 27 | Fort Wayne - Thousands of runners and walkers tackle 4‑mile, 10K and half‑marathon routes through downtown while neighborhoods cheer. Finishers receive medals at the Fort Wayne TinCaps’ Parkview Field.
Rome – Tour 2025 at the Clyde Theatre | Sept. 27 | Fort Wayne - Rome Ramirez, the front man of Sublime with Rome, performs solo; GA tickets start at $30 for this one‑night show.
Sci‑Fi Central | Sept. 27 | Fort Wayne - Science Central’s 10th annual event celebrates sci‑fi with demonstrations, cosplay contests, food trucks, a time‑travel theme and photo ops with 3D-printed props and the Summit City Causeplayers.
Forks of the Wabash Pioneer Festival | Sept. 27‑28 | Huntington - Re‑creating Indiana life from the mid-1800s, this fairgrounds festival includes historical reenactors, pioneer crafts, vintage farm machinery, a scarecrow contest for kids and a Sunday morning worship service.

Festival of the Turning Leaves | Sept. 26‑28 | Thorntown - Boone County’s biggest event features a carnival, parade, craft and food vendors and live music across downtown.
Las Vegas Aces vs. Indiana Fever | Sept. 26, Sept. 28 | Indianapolis - After winning Game 1 of their best-of-five WNBA semifinal matchup against second-seeded Las Vegas on Sunday, the sixth-seeded Fever guaranteed themselves two home games regardless of what happens in Game 2 tonight. Game 3 is Friday, Game 4 is Sunday. Could we see another series clinch at home?
Rocky Ripple Festival | Sept. 27 | Indianapolis - Hohlt Park welcomes an eclectic lineup of bands, 80+ artist booths, Broad Ripple Brewpub beer & wine, and children’s activities for a free‑admission community party from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Apple Festival & Craft Fair at Anderson Orchard | Sept. 27‑28 | Mooresville - Anderson Orchard’s annual weekend includes more than 80 craft vendors, U‑pick apples, a pumpkin patch, straw pile, petting zoo, face painting, live music and food trucks.
Carmel International Arts Festival | Sept. 27‑28 | Carmel - More than 120 juried artists fill the Carmel Arts & Design District; live music and culinary demonstrations accompany the art from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Sunday.

West Central
Exploration Acres Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch | Sept. 26‑28 | Lafayette - Indiana’s largest corn maze spans 22 acres with four unique mazes, 10 miles of paths and a pumpkin patch; visitors can also take hayrides and play games.
Apple Tasting: Fun in the Orchard | Sept. 27 | Battle Ground - The Farm at Prophetstown invites families to sample fresh heirloom apples, enjoy hayrides and sack races, and play orchard games and cornhole.
”Over the River and Through the Woods” 5K and MorningFest | Sept. 27 | Montezuma - 5K runners and walkers cross the iconic Montezuma B&O Walking Bridge into Vermillion County. The event includes bounce houses, foam parties, local music, a farmers market and food trucks.
Model T Covered Bridge Tour | Sept. 27–Oct. 1 | Parke County - Vintage Model Ts parade through more than 30 Parke County covered bridges. Participants enjoy Amish dinners, a swap meet and an ice cream social festival.
Bröktoberfest 5K Run | Sept. 28 | West Lafayette - Runners of all abilities depart Brokerage Brewing Company for an untimed course. Finishers get a beer, and the post‑race party includes live music, food trucks, raffle prizes and Adidas demo shoes.

East Central
Ducktail Run Rod & Custom Car Show | Sept. 25‑28 | Gas City - More than 2,000 vintage cars (1972 and older) converge in Gas City for a massive show featuring swap meets, crafts, live entertainment, 1950s/60s music and a flame‑throwing contest.
James Dean Festival | Sept. 26-28 | Fairmount - Always held the last full weekend in September, this homage to local icon James Dean includes a James Dean look-alike contest, street fair, vendor booths, rides, entertainment and a car show.
Munich to Muncie Oktoberfest | Sept. 27 | Muncie - The Yard hosts a 21+ fundraiser with unlimited pours from Indiana breweries, distilleries and wineries, German‑style foods, keg‑toss and stein‑holding contests, a brat‑eating challenge, silent auction and live music.
Union County Harvest Festival | Sept. 27 | Liberty - Courthouse Square fills with booths for local vendors, food and artisans from noon–6 p.m., followed by an after‑hours art exhibit at Kehila Coffee until 8 p.m.
Hippie Fest | Sept. 27‑28 | Tipton - Tipton County Fairgrounds transforms into a family‑friendly 1960s‑themed event with tribute bands, bohemian vendor booths, a vintage car show, drum circles, tie‑dye and sideshow performers.

Oak Ridge Boys: The Farewell Tour | Sept. 25 | Evansville - Country music legends perform at Old National Events Plaza as part of their American Made Farewell Tour.
Fuschia Fest | Sept. 26‑27 | Evansville - Alternative & hardcore bands, art displays, food trucks and vendors.
Poseyville Autumnfest | Sept. 26‑28 | Poseyville - Community festival in downtown Poseyville with food, vendors and local entertainment.
Vanderburgh County Extension Homemakers Fine Arts & Crafts Show | Sept. 27‑28 | Evansville - Handmade arts, crafts, furniture, quilts, jewelry and more; kids under 10 enter free, $3 for adults.

South Central
Stinesville Stone Quarry Festival | Sept. 25‑27 | Stinesville - Enjoy arts and crafts vendors, festival foods, live music, a pie competition, kiddie tractor pull, street dance and Saturday parade.
Lotus World Music & Arts Festival | Sept. 25‑28 | Bloomington - Downtown venues host global musicians and artists for four days of concerts, workshops and street performances celebrating world music and multicultural art.
Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest | Sept. 26‑27 | Bedford - Head to the Lawrence County Fairgrounds for a balloon festival that also features helicopter rides, pyrotechnic skydivers, a Jeep show, fall egg hunts, fireworks, live bands and varied food vendors.
Brown County Epic Mountain Bike Festival | Sept. 26‑28 | Nashville - Riders choose routes from 26 to 73 miles through Hoosier National Forest on Sept. 27. The weekend also includes bluegrass concerts, food trucks, camping, vendors, demos and leaves changing color, with proceeds benefiting Brown County trail maintenance.
Mill Race Marathon | Sept. 27 | Columbus - Marathon, half marathon, 5K and kids’ fun run all start at 7:30 a.m. The day features a post‑race party with food trucks, kids’ area and beer truck.

Southeast
Fall Old Court House Days | Sept. 26-28 | Madison - Walk around courthouse square to shop handmade items, crafts, antiques, collectibles and food vendors. Don’t miss the fish fry at the Fair Play Fire Company Number One on Saturday.
Madison Air Show | Sept. 27 | Madison - The 24th Annual Madison Air Show at the Madison Municipal Airport features static aircraft displays, airplane and helicopter rides, aerobatic performances, food and live music. $10 for adults (cash only), free for kids 14 and under.
Kiwanis Apple Festival | Sept. 27‑28 | Batesville - Liberty Park hosts a weekend of arts and crafts, business expos, live entertainment, games, food vendors and “everything apple.” Free admission, open 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Sunday.
Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art | Sept. 27‑28 | Madison - More than 40,000 visitors browse handcrafted fine arts and crafts from 175 exhibitors at this riverfront festival. Free to the public.
